As an avid watcher of such TV shows as “X-Weighted” and “Last 10lbs Boot Camp,” I was thrilled to hear of a Combat Fitness class starting in Corner Brook last summer. I have always been physically active in some shape or form but wanted something more that would test my limits and abilities while helping me stay in shape.

From the very first class I was “hooked!” Every day is a different routine, working all areas of your body – no boredom here! And with encouragement, teamwork and laughter, from Mcpl and your “troop,” who could ask for more.

Combat Fitness has increased my overall strength and endurance while giving my muscles more definition without “bulking up.” It is the most fit I have ever been and felt. Thank-you Mcpl for Combat Fitness!

When I heard of Combat Fitness and Boot Camp style training, I knew it was way out of my league. It sounded very intimidating, I felt I was not fit enough, I do not have a competitive bone in my body. But when I saw results from a few friends who had joined, and with lots of encouragement, I decided to give it a try. I had been going to the gym for a couple of years, and hadn’t been getting the results I wanted. At the gym, I am easy on me, and I missed more days than I actually went. After six weeks of Combat Fitness, I lost 10 pounds, dropped a full size and feel great. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for me. I never miss a class, and absolutely love it. I would recommend Combat Fitness anyone, no matter your age or fitness level.
