Our 4 week boot camps are designed for men and women of ALL fitness levels. Training is more intense as the week’s progress and no two classes are ever the same. We focus on core, upper and lower body training, cardio and agility training, long distance running, circuit training and much more.

Upcoming Boot Camps:
  • Mar 1 - Mar 26
  • Mar 29 - Apr 23
  • Apr 26 - May 21

    Regular Boot Camp:
    Come train at our regular boot camp which consists of 5 training days per week for
    4 weeks (that's 20 sessions) for $150 + HST.

    Reserve Boot Camp:
    Too busy to train 5 days a week? You can come out and participate in 3 classes per week (12 sessions total) for $120 + HST. You choose which days you want to train!

    Drop In Fees:
    Can't commit to a full 4 week boot camp but would like to keep up with your training. Then drop in on one of our classes for only $10.
